We also include FULL LOCAL unlimited support, not just in relation to your applications and data, but also when other issues arise, for example, dealing with your internet provider, helping connect your local printers and supporting your routers and local devices such as PC's and laptops to connect to Zypha. You do not pay by the hour for this support and you do not have to wait hours or days to talk to someone different every time; our model incorporates relationship support so we gain understanding of your needs and can focus on preventing issues arising at all. Furthermore, our technology means we have constant monitoring of performance of our data center and can often deal with issues before they become a problem.
As we offer a highly available desktop solution, incorporating remote cloud based servers, most issues which arise can be supported remotely. This also applies to training and helping client employees meet any challenges with using Zypha, connecting devices, or using software, where we rarely need a physical presence.
Of course, we provide onsite support if any particular issue cannot be resolved remotely, and this is also included in the price and not charged by the hour with expenses added.
